本場フランスでの修行経験や東京のフレンチレストランで修行した経験を活かし、県産食材の持つ本来の魅力を最大限に引き出したフレンチを提供するレストランを広島市中区幟町に2008年にオープンしました。
16年以上にわたり多くのお客様にご愛顧いただきましたが、さらに理想を追求するため、2025年５月に中区南千田西町の地に新店舗をオープンしました。
新店舗でさらに多くのお客様に、食材の宝庫瀬戸内と山の幸を豊富に擁する広島の味を最大限生かしたフレンチをご堪能いただきたいと思います。

My name is Kiyoshi Sumita, owner-chef of Kiyo Collage. Thank you very much for visiting our website.
Drawing on my training experience in France as well as in French restaurants in Tokyo, I opened this restaurant in 2008 in Nobori-cho, Naka Ward, Hiroshima City, with the aim of offering French cuisine that brings out the full natural appeal of locally sourced ingredients.
We have been honored to serve many customers for over 16 years. In pursuit of an even higher ideal, we opened a new restaurant in May 2025 in Minamisenda Nishi-machi, Naka Ward.
At our new location, we hope even more guests will enjoy French cuisine that fully showcases the rich bounty of Hiroshima, blessed with ingredients from the Seto Inland Sea and the surrounding mountains.
